Overview

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and serve as the UAE team's go-to for coordination and logistics.
• Support local marketing campaigns, event execution, and stakeholder engagement in the UAE.
• Manage vendor relationships, office procurement, and administrative functions.
• Assist with hiring coordination, onboarding processes, and scheduling.
• Prepare presentation decks, briefing documents, and team reports.
• Track and follow up on key project deliverables across teams.
  
  

What you need

• Experience in business operations, administration, or project coordination
• Highly organized and resourceful with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic required
• Based in UAE with ability to support activities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai
  
  

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in mobility, aviation, or transport sectors
• Comfortable using productivity and project tracking tools
• Early career experience in management consulting or investment banking
