Position Overview

As the Office Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of DB Investing, playing a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients, visitors, and internal teams. You will serve as the first point of contact and be responsible for ensuring smooth front-desk operations, supporting administrative duties, and enhancing the overall guest and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professional appearance at all times.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, mail, documents).


Administrative Support

  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure timely setup and maintenance.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews.
  • Support with data entry, filing, and office documentation when needed.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for office needs.


Visitor & Security Management

  • Maintain an accurate log of visitors and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Issue visitor badges and ensure all guests are guided appropriately.
  • Support office safety and emergency procedures in collaboration with HR/Admin.


Office Hospitality

  • Arrange refreshments for meetings and events when required.
  • Support the coordination of staff functions, gatherings, and celebrations.


Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate environment.


Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
