Job Description

المهام التشغيلية :

متابعة من أن الأسطول الذي يتم شراؤه أو استئجاره أو صيانته من قبل جمارك دبي فعال من حيث التكلفة من خلال التفاوض مع الموردين والوكالات وورش العمل للحصول على أفضل صفقات الحزمة دون المساومة على قضايا السلامة
المساهمة في إجراء تقييم للمخاطر لتحديد المخاطر والمخاطر التي تنطوي على أسطول جمارك دبي وموظفي النقل
تنفيذ إجراءات تستند إلى تقييمات المخاطر للمساهمة في بيئة عمل خالية من المخاطر تشمل أسطول جمارك دبي
توفير البيانات لتمكين المسؤول المباشر لتوجيه المبلغين المباشرين لضمان الاستفادة القصوى من الموارد
ضمان توافر الموظفين والأسطول كما هو مطلوب لتقديم الدعم المطلوب للخدمات الإدارية والمشاريع الخاصة
مراقبة مكان أسطول جمارك دبي من خلال اعتماد حركة المركبات عبر مختلف المواقع
متابعة الإجراءات المالية من خلال متابعة الموازنات المقدمة من الادارة
متابعة إدارة الشؤون إلى الإدارة المالية وكذلك متابعة الإجراءات حتى استلام الموافقات والمدفوعات وكذلك تقديم الفواتير والتقارير .
المتابعة على المدفوعات الجمركية لهيئة الطرق والمواصلات لأغراض سالك للمركبات التابعة لجمارك دبي .
تنفيذ طلبات الصيانة للمركبات الخاصة التابعة لجمارك دبي .
متابعة طلبات الوقود للمركبات مع الموارد البشرية والمالية والإدارية لدبي العالمية في جبل علي .
التنسيق والعمل مع إدارة الاتصالات لتوفير حلول للنقل لأي مناسبات خاصة إلى الجمارك .
أداء جميع المهام الموكلة من المدير المباشر بموثوقية وصدق وتقدير

السرية :

الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات تماشياً مع السياسات والإجراءات ذات العلاقة بأمن المعلومات المعمول بها في دائرة جمارك دبي من أي إفصاح أو سوء استغلال .

Confidentiality:

Maintaining the confidentiality of information in line with policies and procedures of information security in Dubai Customs from any disclosure or misuse of information.
