Officer – Customer Service

This position is responsible for facilitating the customer’s experience at X Dubai’s attraction or facility. this position will reflect X Dubai’s brand in a face to face interaction with customers and guests.

• Daily opening and closing procedures of XDubai Edgewalk.
• Supervising the progress and experience of each assigned group.
• Usher the guests.
• Fitting harness and helmets correctly and supervising the use of all safety equipment.
• Conducting pre-tour safety orientation for each tour group.
• Using customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
• Assuring the safety and wellbeing of guests throughout each tour.
• Help and resolve customer complaints and questions.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
• Keep all filing up to date for database - sales and members.
• Servicing existing reservations of guests including upgrading, modifying. and taking payments for existing reservations.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Inform customer of deals and promotions.
• Assists in the upkeep of the facility.
• Assist and collaborate with the team on events and projects.
• Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous 3 years of experience in retail or customer service preferred.
