ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Government Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing government-related functions, including permit application new and renewals, and overseeing security clearance systems for employment and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Handle all government-related documentation and renewals permits.
• Ensure timely renewal of all company access permits to avoid fines or service disruption.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Excel sheets, including expiry dates, renewal logs, and permit status for each employee.
• Prepare and submit forms and documentation to government bodies as required for permits and regulatory approvals.
• Follow up and resolve any issues or rejections related to permits and access cards promptly.
• Keep abreast of changes in government regulations and ensure full company compliance.
• Perform any other PRO-related tasks as required by management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in handing access permits and other PRO duties in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Mahawi and security office for access permits procedures – mandatory.
• Good command of Excel and ability to maintain detailed and accurate tracking logs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
