MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To provide essential administrative, coordination, and analytical support to the Regional Managers and the commercial team to enable effective planning, decision-making, and delivery of commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviews and analyses weekly performance dashboards to monitor progress against commercial targets.
  • Coordinates the logistical and administrative onboarding process for new agents to ensure timely setup and compliance with internal requirements.
  • Follow-ups on action points and tasks assigned to external agents to ensure timely completion and adherence to agreed commitments.
  • Coordinates the review and filing of approved tariffs and tactical campaigns with the pricing team.
  • Manages the review and system filings including digital booking platforms.
  • Assists to resolve booking or system-related issues raised by distributers.
  • Conducts follow-ups on escalations regarding quality, compliance actions, and operational challenges.
  • Manages and follow up on documentations and approvals for special shipments and project logs.
  • Supports sales operations, accurate reporting, and data-driven insights by tracking performance, analysing trends, and supporting sales initiatives with a strong focus on detail and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Data Analytics, Finance or a related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or analytical support role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel or Power BI would be an added advantage
  • Years with qualifications: 2 - 4 years
  • Power BI Certification is an advantage

Isr Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
