What does the role involve?

As an Offshore Contract Admin Intern, you will be responsible for:

o

Order Management: Accurately inputting and tracking customer orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.

o

Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with Sales, Logistics, and Materials teams to align on project timelines and requirements.

o

Proposal & Quotation Support: Preparing quotations and submitting proposals through customer portals.

o

Customer Engagement: Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and resolving pricing or delivery concerns efficiently.

o

Delivery Execution: Planning and coordinating deliveries, arranging gate passes, and ensuring all documents are ready and accurate.

o

System & Portal Updates: Maintaining accurate data and documentation across internal systems and customer portals.

What You Need Is

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering or Non-Engineering)

 Postgraduate degree (MBA / Master’s) is a plus

 Fresh graduate (0–2 years) or up to 5 years of relevant experience in contracts, order processing, or sales support

 Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office

 Ability to multitask and work under pressure

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 Currently residing in the UAE and holding a valid UAE Visa
