As an onboarding coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR departments to ensure the seamless operation of daily HR activities and the accurate distribution of HR information throughout the organization.

As an onboarding coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR departments to ensure the seamless operation of daily HR activities and the accurate distribution of HR information throughout the organization.
In This Role, You Will
- Maintain and update HR documentation, including SOPs, processes, and internal records, ensuring easy access for reference and compliance.
- Oversee HR operations, including meeting room bookings, office maintenance, visitor arrangements, and departmental logistics.
- Support financial processes, such as expense tracking, purchase requests, and budget follow-ups, ensuring accurate records.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees, ensuring a seamless transition with desk setup, IT access, and welcome materials.
- Facilitate HR events and initiatives, handling logistics and execution as required.
- Act as a central point of contact, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the HR function.
- Prepare and issue HR documentation, including contracts, response letters, and requests, supporting internal and external service delivery.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a human resources environment.
- PC literate and proficient in MS Office packages.
- Very high standard of communication both written and verbal.
- Numerical ability.
- High level of inter-personal skills.
