A Day in the Life

As the Online Brand Manager for L’Oréal Paris, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the brand’s digital presence and performance in the UAE market. Reporting to the Brand Director – L’Oréal Paris, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, e-commerce, and marketing, to create impactful campaigns and deliver exceptional consumer experiences.

Here’s What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

  • Brand Local Adaptation: Tailor global brand strategies to resonate with local audiences, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Campaign Activation: Manage and execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging cutting-edge tools to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Consumer Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the consumer journey, from awareness to loyalty, using data-driven insights.
  • Digital and Media Performance: Monitor and optimize digital media performance, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Social Commerce Activation: Collaborate with e-commerce teams to integrate social commerce strategies, driving online sales and brand visibility.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
