As the Online Brand Manager for L’Oréal Paris, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the brand’s digital presence and performance in the UAE market. Reporting to the Brand Director – L’Oréal Paris, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, e-commerce, and marketing, to create impactful campaigns and deliver exceptional consumer experiences.

- Brand Local Adaptation: Tailor global brand strategies to resonate with local audiences, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Campaign Activation: Manage and execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging cutting-edge tools to drive engagement and conversion.
- Consumer Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the consumer journey, from awareness to loyalty, using data-driven insights.
- Digital and Media Performance: Monitor and optimize digital media performance, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with brand objectives.
- Social Commerce Activation: Collaborate with e-commerce teams to integrate social commerce strategies, driving online sales and brand visibility.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
