Online Merchandiser

We are looking for a skilled Online Merchandiser to join our team and lead the development and optimization of our online merchandising strategy across Tradeling’s platforms. In this role, you will drive traffic, revenue, and customer engagement by ensuring our products are strategically placed and visible. As a key player in our Commercial team, you will focus on enhancing the customer experience and delivering personalized product offerings. You will also play a pivotal role in achieving our business goals by executing data-driven marketing campaigns.

Your Role

You will be responsible for developing and optimizing the merchandising strategy across the website and other online platforms. You will focus on mapping out the customer journey, planning and executing online marketing activities, and ensuring the highest visibility for the right product selections at the right time.

Your Core Responsibilities Revolve Around

• Understanding customer behaviors and needs, optimizing the customer experience across all online platforms
• Owning the creation, coordination, design, execution, and maintenance of all online campaigns to drive traffic and conversion
• Developing and implementing targeted strategies to ensure the right customers are matched with the right product assortment
• Monitoring key online metrics and generating reports to inform business decisions
• Managing brand partnerships, executing brand campaigns, and driving site monetization initiatives
• Continuously optimizing the customer journey to enhance the shopping experience and meet business objectives
  
  

Who We Look For

This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have:

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce online merchandising
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency in data-driven tools and analytics to inform decision-making
• Experience in copywriting, design, and executing marketing campaigns
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to execute accurate and effective merchandising strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive problem-solver capable of working independently and adapting to changing priorities
