We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive – Facility Management to oversee and coordinate daily facility operations. This role ensures that all building systems, services, and maintenance activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality service across all managed sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day facility operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor services.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to ensure proper functioning and upkeep.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain records related to repairs, maintenance, asset inventory, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements (fire safety, building codes, etc.).
- Address and resolve facility-related issues or complaints from internal stakeholders quickly and effectively.
- Support facility planning, relocation, or renovation projects as needed.
- Track expenses and assist in budgeting for operational costs.
- Liaise with property owners or landlords when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in facility management, operations, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software/tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be on-call for emergencies or urgent facility matters.
- Certification in Facility Management (e.g., FMP, IFMA) is an advantage.
- Experience handling large office, commercial, or industrial facilities.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy efficiency initiatives.
