- Assuring that all existing daily routines and processes are followed effectively and efficiently.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the LIF operations, including the improvement of processes and routines.
- Ensuring that all stakeholders, internal and external, are aware of the EDGE Learning and Innovation Factory (LIF) offerings, Curricula and approach.
- Ensuring that all stakeholders, internal and external, are engaged with the goals of LIF.
- Planning and executing, together with Group Marketing and Communication, the marketing and communication initiatives connected to LIF.
- Actively participating in marketing and communication events.
- Creating an image of LIF as the trusted learning and innovation hub within the covered topics of the LIF Offerings and Curricula.
- Supporting the LIF staff with the daily tasks.
- Acting as the extended hand of the LIF Director whenever needed.
- Supports with actively proposing solutions which make the LIF offerings better and/or more attractive.
- Actively supports with the implementation, or execution, of critical solutions for LIF operations (such as Learning Management Systems)
