Operations and Logistics Coordinator

WHY Training

Date: 3 weeks ago
City: Dubai
Contract type: Full time

Are you the kind of person who thrives behind the scenes, making sure every detail is handled, every item is ready, and every session runs like clockwork? Do you take pride in creating order, owning your role, and knowing that nothing falls through the cracks on your watch?

Then you might be our next Operations and Logistics Coordinator.

About the Role

You’ll be the engine that powers our training delivery. From packing materials and managing inventory to coordinating venues and liaising with vendors, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place, at the right time, and up to our high standards.

This is not an assistant role. It’s a hands-on, high-responsibility position where your organisational skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail will directly shape the success of every session we run.

What You’ll Do

·      Coordinate logistics for all training sessions, events, and workshops

·      Organise, track, and replenish session materials and inventory

·      Set up venues and ensure facilities are ready for training

·      Manage packing, transportation, and breakdown of session resources

·      Support vendor coordination (couriers, printing, maintenance, etc.)

·      Maintain internal systems for inventory and logistics tracking

·      Step in where needed to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

·      3–5 years’ experience in logistics, coordination, or operations

·      Comfortable managing inventory, materials, and physical setups

·      Strong planning and multitasking skills

·      Proficient in Google Workspace and basic project tools (e.g. Asana)

·      Hands-on, proactive, and reliable — you don’t need micromanaging

·      Calm under pressure, with a “get it done” attitude

·      Bonus if you’ve worked in training, events, or education settings!

Why Work With Us?

·      Purpose-driven work: You’ll help create impactful learning experiences

·      Collaborative, down-to-earth culture

·      Clear ownership, real autonomy, and space to grow

·      Flexibility, professionalism, and a strong team ethic

A role where what you do genuinely makes a difference
