Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a professional and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our growing rough diamond trading operation.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory-related activities, including preparing reports, maintaining records within Netsuite, and participating in inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Product Planning, Creation, and Analysis: Support product planning/creation activities, maintain accurate datasets, and generate production-related reports.
• Shipping & Customs: Provide support for import and export shipments, including preparing customs documentation and maintaining internal records to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
• Customer Due Diligence: Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) customer screening, and maintain accurate records in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Office Management: Provide office operations support for a variety of administrative tasks related to office operations and receptionist duties, ensuring customers and visitors have a positive experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trading or operations environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Numerate with strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and professional attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Manufacturing and Engineering Departments Physical Requirements:
