We are seeking a professional and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our growing rough diamond trading operation.

We are seeking a professional and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our growing rough diamond trading operation.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory-related activities, including preparing reports, maintaining records within Netsuite, and participating in inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Product Planning, Creation, and Analysis: Support product planning/creation activities, maintain accurate datasets, and generate production-related reports.
- Shipping & Customs: Provide support for import and export shipments, including preparing customs documentation and maintaining internal records to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
- Customer Due Diligence: Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) customer screening, and maintain accurate records in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Office Management: Provide office operations support for a variety of administrative tasks related to office operations and receptionist duties, ensuring customers and visitors have a positive experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent with a Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trading or operations environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Numerate with strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and professional attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Manufacturing and Engineering Departments Physical Requirements:
- Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- This position will often: Sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs
- Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls
- Lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pound
