We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our luxury car care center, specializing in car wash, polishing and detailing, automotive film installation, upholstery services, and body shop services. The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service excellence, and fostering customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment.

- Operations Management:
- Coordinate daily activities across all service areas, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Oversee scheduling and allocation of staff to ensure optimal productivity.
- Monitor the availability of tools, materials, and inventory required for various services.
- Customer Service:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and provide swift resolutions.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring all services meet luxury standards.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage appointments, bookings, and invoicing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer preferences, service history, and transactions.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular checks to ensure all services (car wash, detailing, polishing, etc.) meet company standards.
- Coordinate with technicians and service providers to resolve quality issues.
- Implement feedback from customers to continuously enhance service quality.
- Team Coordination:
- Support team training to uphold the highest standards in customer service and technical expertise.
- Foster a collaborative and professional work environment.
- Serve as a liaison between management and operational staff to ensure alignment with goals and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations coordination, preferably in the automotive or luxury service industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both customers and staff.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and management software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Knowledge of automotive care services, including detailing, polishing, and film installation, is a requirement.
