Operations Director

We are looking for an Operations Director who loves building systems, structuring processes, developing teams, and establishing collaboration with other divisions. The ideal candidate is a team player who is not afraid to communicate extensively, is ready to thrive in a dynamic environment, and wants to be part of creating a successful gaming startup.

Responsibility

• Manage the company's operational activities, including strategic planning and process optimization.
• Develop and implement effective business processes to achieve the company's goals.
• Establish cross-functional collaboration among all divisions and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for their improvement.
• Form and develop the team, including recruitment, training, and employee motivation.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience in operational management in gaming.
• Track record in strategic planning and process optimization.
• Passionate about building meaningful systems and processes.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing
• KPIs and developing improvement strategies.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive team player is comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Russian and English.
• Ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi on short notice.
