What are we expecting from you?

Reporting To The Managing Director And Working Closely With The Head Of Operations & Distribution, You Will Act As a Key Liaison Between Internal Boutiques, External Partners, And Central Sales Administration. In Close Coordination With The Sales Administration Team And Various Departments Across The Maison, You Will Ensure Seamless Communication, Alignment, And Execution Of Operational Priorities. To That Extent, You Will

• Manage B2B orders across UAE boutiques, ensuring compliance with commercial policies and smooth flow allocation
• Coordinate logistics and operations for events, including transfers, consignments, and stakeholder updates
• Handle administrative tasks such as SAP entries, product rotations, and policy compliance
• Support marketing and retail teams with logistics, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
