Reporting To The Head Of Operations & Distribution, You Will Oversee Sales Administration For The Region, Ensuring The Smooth Flow Of Valuable And Non-valuable Logistics In Line With Business Needs. You Will Lead a Team To Implement Group And Maison Procedures Across All Operations And Maintain a Strong Customer-centric Approach Throughout. To That Extent, You Will

- Champion full adoption and optimization of CRM tools and dashboards to enhance business intelligence
- Collaborate cross-functionally and lead your team with clarity, prioritization, and continuous development
