The Role
Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company, vendors, and suppliers. Work closely with heads of departments to provide insights. Establish critical metrics to guide both the sales and production team’s behaviors and evaluate progress. Surface cross sell and upsell opportunities to the sales team, evaluate impact and adapt if needed. Supervise and evaluate performance of production and sales personnel (quality inspectors, workers) Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment. Ensure quality standards are implemented and observed. Enforce health and safety precautions.

Requirements
Excellent in sales and cross functional teams including the ability to solve arising issues with clients. Good understanding of machine and manufacturing operations. Ability to appropriately respond to and resolve issues with little direction. Proficient in CRM and ERP software tools. Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, proven stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptable to changing priorities. Ability to make judgement calls in an ambiguous environment. Experience in production management for at least 5 years. B.S/ or B. A/ or B.E in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering. A management qualification or certification is a bonus. Experience in the Printing and/ or Exhibition Industries would be an added benefit.
