Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends in the perfume industry.

Operations Management

• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw material sourcing to production, quality control, and packaging, to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry regulations and customer expectations.

Supply Chain Management

• Develop and optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management, to ensure a seamless flow of materials and products.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, keeping the company abreast of changes and developments in the regulatory environment.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as an Operations Manager.
• Industry Experience: Perfumes & Cosmetics – Manufacturing & Supply Chain (Mandate).
• Quick and precise decision-making skills.
• Handle P/L commercials for the company.
• Experience with handling exports to multiple countries.
• Open to candidates based abroad.
• Strong capabilities in strategic planning, operational excellence and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to improve business performance, drive innovations and manage teams.
