- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Manage and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the AUH office
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
