The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in collaborating with multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in customer service, HR , finance, and IT management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust within the team and with business partners. Our office in Dubai is located in Business Bay.
Objectives of this role
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity;
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Taking care of the company's reputation and create work-friendly environment
Responsibilities
Customer Service standards:
· Following the rules for the circulation of financial and accounting documents relating to the performed activities;
· Collaborating with vendors in terms of issuing invoices, receiving goods from the headquarters, ordering goods from suppliers
· Performing visits in external warehouse and meet with the warehouse management
- Reporting quality and quantity claims to the headquarters
- Reporting sales and stock levels on regular basis
Accounts, Payable & Receivable, Taxation, and Other:
- Cooperation with the bookkeeping company for audit and statutory related works;
- Monitoring and timely fulfilment of tasks related to TAX obligations in cooperation with the bookkeeping company;
- Ongoing coordination of the flow of information between the warehouse and the bookkeeping company to ensure a smooth flow of information between the warehouse, the head office and the bookkeeping company;
- Coordination of the processes related to the accounting service in cooperation with the bookkeeping company and the financial department of the head office;
- Coordinating of sales transactions in cooperation with the warehouse and the bookkeeping company
- Monitoring the timeliness of payments, including processing payments for Vendor pay-outs;
- Verifying all bank reconciliations; interacting with bank as & when required;
- Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the processes through automation where ever possible;
- Preparation of monthly reports for the Headquarter Financial and HR departments
- Office management
Required skills and qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience: min of 2 years’ experience in Business administration industry
- English proficiency
- very good work organizational skills

- UAE Driving Licence
- IT Literate with MS Office skills
