Operations Team Member - Robotic Fleet

Our client is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Operation Team Members to join the existing team.

This unique role allows the candidate to experience a merger of traditional logistics work with cutting edge robotic technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering client's unique delivery services catered to the first and last mile, using their robot fleet.

As an esteem member of the ground crew, the client will be part of the team to ensure that all deliveries are done to the standards and expectations of the company.

Key Responsibilities Involve

• Prepare and manage client's on-site robotic fleet.
• Pack and deploy parcels in collaboration with client’s logistic partners.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries.
• Update relevant parties promptly with delivery details.
• Ensure the on-site readiness of the robotic fleet and troubleshoot any issues.
• Execute e-commerce deliveries as required.
• Provide on-site customer service to office tenants and/or commerce customers.
• Provide ongoing support to maintain client’s IoT enabled robot fleet.
• Work together with the other teams as a key member to maintain on ground efficiency and effectiveness of delivery service.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge would be a bonus
• Good written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Education in the field of Logistics, Operations, Customer Service etc.
• Associated vocational training certifications/programs.
