Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead the deployment and configuration of Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Integration: Design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems, utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud and related tools.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud applications, addressing issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle Cloud environments to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Training & Support: Train end-users on Oracle Cloud applications and best practices, ensuring effective utilization of the platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Oracle integration and APEX, OTBI Reports, Personalization Expert
- Role and Security Expertise: Advanced knowledge in Role and Security within Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Business Requirements: Skilled in identifying business requirements and mapping them to Oracle Cloud Fusion functionality, addressing any functionality gaps through extensions or personalization.
- Validation and Testing: Proficient in preparing validation scripts, creating testing scenarios, and developing test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion.
- Project Phases: Experienced in managing all phases of a project including Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support.
- Migration Leadership: Lead the migration of configurations, integrations, and extensions.
- BPM/Workflow Expertise: Expertise in BPM/Workflow, reporting, and analysis within Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database technologies and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts and security best practices.
- Experience in integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
