Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, technical development, and integration. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Development:
- Experience: 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion, specifically with Finance and Supply Chain modules
- Design, develop, and customize Oracle Fusion applications, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Develop reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows (RICE-W) to meet business requirements.
- Utilize Oracle Fusion’s technical tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADF, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for development and integration tasks.
- Design and implement integration solutions between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications.
- Perform data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with other IT teams.
- Work closely with functional teams to understand business processes and provide technical solutions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion extensions and customizations.
- Provide technical support during project implementation, including post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
- Develop and execute unit tests, system tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT) for Oracle Fusion applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices in all technical development activities.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion updates, patches, and new features.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend technical solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical experience with Oracle Fusion, specifically in Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle development tools.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, FBDI, and OIC.
- Familiarity with integration frameworks and data migration strategies.
- Good understanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience in working on end-to-end implementation projects, including system configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- years of experience working with Oracle Fusion applications.
- Prior experience in a technical role supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Oracle certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud) are preferred.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Experience in multi-country or global Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is an added advantage.
- This role may require occasional travel depending on project requirements.
- Hybrid work environment with options for remote work depending on project needs.
