We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our client's team.

Job Overview

As an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and performing surgeries related to the mouth, jaws, and facial region. You will work closely with a team of medical professionals to help improve the overall oral health and well-being of patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent surgical skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to discuss their medical history, oral health concerns, and treatment options.
• Diagnose and treat various conditions related to the mouth, jaws, and facial region, such as impacted teeth, jaw deformities, and oral infections.
• Perform complex surgical procedures including wisdom tooth extraction, corrective jaw surgery, and facial reconstruction.
• Utilize the latest surgical techniques and technology to achieve optimal results for patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including dentists, orthodontists, and plastic surgeons, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitor patients' post-surgical recovery and provide follow-up care as needed.
• Keep accurate and detailed patient records to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• A medical degree and completion of an accredited residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Board certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• Valid state medical license.
• Strong understanding of oral and facial anatomy.
• Excellent surgical skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
