Responsibilities/tasks

• Picking/Packing Carton/Boxes according to regulatory standards and work instructions
• Transfer of products into active stock
• Inbound and booking of goods into WMS (warehouse Management system) on the ISO 13485 standard.
• Outbound and expedition of goods (in cooperation with customer service department)
• Execution of checks (Quantity differences, damages) based on QA guidelines.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Report any discrepancies:
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors, and coworkers.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations clean, sweep, dust, and mop. always Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness
• Wear the proper safety equipment and clothes:
• Follow safety procedures, report dangerous situations, incidents & accidents; contribute to safety as our first priority.
• Follow QMS procedures, always contribute to quality, proactively and on time.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.
• Experience in WMS
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Being able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Being proficient in basic computer applications
• RF scanner experience
• Having basic mathematical abilities
• Being able to see priorities and act accordingly.
