More About The Role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as Intern- Customer order specialist in Dubai with Signify.
- Checks availability of order and prepares delivery proposal order status and escalates deviations
- Manages specials, combined shipment, missing or dead-on arrival.
- Monitors digital sales order creation process
- Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
- Manages sales orders up to delivery and to forwarding.
- Responds to customer questions and complaints regarding products and services provided through various channels.
- Manages manual order creation for complex projects, including milestone delivery and billing schedules.

- 1+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of customer Order Execution
- Strong customer orientation
- Speed & Execution mindset
- Systems (SAP, Other ERP) User experience
