Ordertaker - Room Service (Arabic Speaker)

You will be responsible in taking Food & Beverage orders through the phone promptly and courteously, upselling menu items, computing bills and conducting payments as well as ensuring completeness and standards of set-up for every order, all in a cohesive aim of maximising guest satisfaction.

Minimum a year work experience within a luxurious hotel environment.

Abilities to think quickly on their feet and work under pressure are a must.

Candidate must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
