Job Description
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support organisational design initiatives.
- Analyse organisational structures and processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimisation.
- Develop recommendations for organisational changes based on your research and analysis.
- Support the implementation of organisational change initiatives by providing guidance and expertise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the development of organisational design tools and templates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certifications in organisational design, change management, or related disciplines are a plus.
- Experience in organisational design or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of organisational design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
