Outbound Sales Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE or India
Department: Sales Operations
Reports To: Outbound Manager / Office Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Consultant to manage and convert international travel inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role involves selling complete travel solutions including flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, and activities (excluding insurance). The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, excellent knowledge of UAE and international tourism products, and delivers exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Itinerary Planning
Handle outbound travel leads from clients, travel partners, and corporate accounts.
Design customized itineraries for destinations outside the UAE and ensure competitive pricing.
Promote special packages and seasonal offers to maximize sales.
Booking & Coordination
Manage end-to-end booking for flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, and activities.
Liaise with international suppliers and DMC partners to confirm arrangements.
Ensure timely delivery of travel documents (tickets, vouchers, confirmations).
Supplier Liaison & Documentation
Coordinate with suppliers to handle client documentation and confirmations.
Provide clients with accurate guidance on requirements and destination-specific regulations.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings.
Provide pre-trip guidance and post-trip follow-ups.
Address customer queries, complaints, and changes efficiently.
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on international destinations, seasonal events, and tourism trends.
Keep informed on supplier promotions and competitive offerings.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
2–4 years’ experience in outbound travel sales with expertise in UAE and international tourism.
Skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and booking systems.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits
AED 3,500 per month (fixed).
UAE residence visa provided.
Return air ticket to home country once every 2 years.
Health insurance as per UAE Labor Law.
