What you do
Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from outbound lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
Outbound Lead Generation: Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to prospective clients, targeting decision-makers and securing high-quality leads.
Inbound Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads, assess fit, and guide them through the sales pipeline effectively.
Process Development: Establish and continuously refine sales processes, including creating and tracking outbound campaigns, writing scripts, and experimenting with their effectiveness.
CRM Management: Maintain and optimize HubSpot for pipeline tracking, reporting, and sales analytics to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze email open rates, click-through rates, and campaign performance, implementing improvements to maximize ROI.
Consultative Selling: Employ a value-based sales approach, understanding customer needs, addressing challenges, and negotiating tailored solutions.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure customer insights influence product development and GTM strategies.
Our requirements
Proven Experience: 5+ years of success in outbound B2B software sales, preferably in sustainability, or cleantech industries.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to independently manage outbound lead generation, qualification, and deal closure.
Process-Oriented: Experience building structured sales processes, writing and testing scripts, and analyzing campaign performance.
CRM Expertise: Proficiency in HubSpot or similar tools, with a focus on self-management and reporting.
Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of sales metrics, A/B testing, and optimization strategies for outbound campaigns.
Self-Management: Exceptional ability to set goals, manage time, and operate independently while delivering results.
Analytical Thinker: Ability to assess opportunities, prioritize leads, and make strategic decisions that align with company objectives.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling sales narratives and campaigns.
Flexibility: Adaptable to the fast-paced, evolving needs of a startup environment.
