- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Build and expand a network of potential clients
- Develop a deep understand of company’s products and services
- Set and achieve sales targets and quotas to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Educate clients on product or services features, benefits, and usage to ensure they get the most value from their purchase
- Conduct follow ups with leads to maintain engagement and address any concerns
- Quickly and effectively address and resolve any customer issues or concerns to maintain client satisfaction
- Prepare and maintain sales records (contracts, invoices, reports)
- Manage the order process, ensuring accurate processing of sales order and paperwork
- If needed, conduct on-site visits to client locations to assess their needs and discuss how the company’s offerings can address them
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written), negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, ability to work well under pressure, strong organizational skills, adaptability
- Strong networking abilities and is results-oriented
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit and any other relevant computer applications
