Job Brief:

A well-established kitchen cabinet and wardrobe company in Abu Dhabi, representing renowned international European brands, is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Outdoor Sales Executive. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in kitchen design and outdoor sales, with proven success in engaging high-end clientele and converting leads into sales. This role is crucial to driving the company’s continued growth in the Abu Dhabi market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor sales and engage directly with clients for tailored kitchen designs.
• Present design portfolios and product offerings effectively to prospective customers.
• Identify and establish connections with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Promote and position premium European kitchen cabinet and wardrobe brands.
• Build and sustain strong industry relationships to generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and client preferences.
• Prepare sales reports and update the Branch Manager regularly.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience, with at least 60% based in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong background in kitchen design and outdoor sales.
• Proficiency in kitchen design software is a must.
• Previous experience working with European kitchen cabinet and wardrobe brands.
• A well-established professional network in the region's construction and design sector.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle; currently based in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Educational qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering is essential.
