About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join the Summersalt Beach Operations team in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Oversee full restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, policy compliance, and delivery of exceptional service.
• Maintain strong guest relations, review feedback regularly, and uphold professional grooming standards across the team.
• Drive consistent implementation of Jumeirah F&B standards and take corrective action where needed.
• Monitor outlet profitability, identify operational gaps, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
• Lead team development through training, coaching, and performance management to achieve departmental goals.
• Represent the restaurant in all aspects during the absence of senior leadership, including financials and escalations.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded beach club.
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
• Good financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and increasing profitability.
• Experience leading a multi-cultural team.
