A little bit about our team:

Warner Music MENA currently looks after over 200 artists both domestically and internationally. We pride ourselves in servicing and developing MENA artists by evolving and being active participants in artist development. Our core values centre around being of service to our artists, to each other and to our community.

Your Role

You will provide diary management and support to the General Manager, ensuring an efficient and effective level of service whilst supporting the wider business. This is a busy and varied role, you will need to be a confident communicator with first-class organisational skills and the ability to stay one step ahead at all times. You will be used to working in fast paced environments and juggling multiple priorities comes naturally to you. You relish a challenge and always go the extra mile to get the job done.

  • General PA duties – Fielding meeting requests / diary management, raising expenses, booking travel and accommodation, maintaining contacts list etc.
  • Helping be a point of contact for all Warner Music MENA employees and peers across Emerging Markets.
  • Full support with coordinating overseas trips including booking all travel arrangements, compiling itineraries and managing a busy schedule whilst abroad.
  • Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, data entry, and reporting.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and assist with preparation for meetings including compiling information and researching topics where necessary.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Warner Music MENA - meeting and greeting all external clients and providing refreshments.
  • Booking hospitality and refreshments for office based staff events and all new artist signings
  • Finance – where required raising purchase orders and approving invoices on Sprinter, liaising with suppliers, and finance department regarding any cost/recharge issues.
  • HR - support People Partner with people related activities and documentation.

About You

  • You are highly organised, hard working with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You are great with people, can build rapport and understand business or administrative challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a sometimes unpredictable workload.
  • You are thorough and have strong attention to detail.
  • Impeccable communications skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of management.
  • You live on social media and discover new music in interesting ways.
  • You must be highly creative, extremely motivated, and love being a part of a collaborative team. If you love new challenges daily - this could be the gig for you.
  • You are comfortable with communicating in English and Arabic. Skills for other languages from the region is always a plus.
  • You will have excellent diary management skills with experience of coordinating a hectic and ever-changing schedule.
  • You are comfortable with all new digital media.
  • Expert in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) with particular emphasis on Excel.
