Aldar Education are currently seeking an outstanding PA to Senior Leaders Team for Yasmina British Academy in Abu Dhabi commencing immediately.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Duties:

• To manage the diaries of the Primary Principal and the Secondary Principal, ensuring meetings are arranged in consultation with diary owners.
• To be the first point of contact of all matters pertaining to teh Principals' of Primary and Secondary.
• Attend all administration meetings.
• Manage specific communications on behalf of the Principal of Primary and Secondary, liaising with the Admin team to ensure distribution of parents, staff and stakeholders.
  
  
  

Specific Duties:

• Receive, direct, and respond, if appropriate to email on behalf of the Principals of the School.
• Ensure all relevent agendas for the Principal's meetings are set prior to the meetings and distributed in a timely manner.
• Records accurate minutes and actiosn plans for all meetings directed by the Principals of school and distribute in a timely manner.
• Deputies for the PA to Principal when appropriate.
• Coordinate with the Administration Team for procurement of educational resources requested by Principals of School including procurement process.
• Any other tasks as instructed by the Principal of Primary and Secondary.
  
  
  

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimun Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/degree of higher education, or related industry qualification, of graduate level, for the assigned functional areas.
  
  
  

Minimum Experience

• 5+ years' Experience in a similar role
