Your Role

• Preparation and review of Engineering documents such as Component datasheets, Drawings and other auxillay documents according to Client specification and pre-order agreements.
• Preparation of RFQs for long lead items, sub vendor offers evaluation and approval.
• Responsible for evaluating the supplier offers and technically approving the offers.
• Review of 3D Model against Client specification, PIDs, Standard drawings and other relevant documents.
• Responsible for an economic design of the package without compromising the client specifications and safe operation.
• Scheduling of documents, RFQs and other activites as per project requirement.
• Providing proper inputs and Coordinating with Design Engineers / Designers.
• Review client comments and providing suitable technical response to client through Comment Resolution Sheet.
• Coordinating with Project Engineer, Procurement Engineer, QC Engineer and Production Engineer.
• Attending issues from production during fabrication.
• Responsible for recording the Changes from Client during Project Execution.
• Responsible to record Engineering Change Requests raised during fabrication and assembly.
  
  

To succeed, you will need

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

5 years

Expertise

Knowledge in Chemical Injection Packages and Process packages. Basic Know-How of API 675 pumps, Valves, Safety valves and instruments.

Reading the PID and preparation of Draft PIDs. Preparation of Request for Quotation for components. Guiding the designers.

Industry

Manufacturing of Chemical Injection packages, Pump packages and any other process pacakges for Oil & Gas

Skills

AutoCAD, Review of 3D Model and General arrangement Drawing, Review of Fabrication drawings, BOM, Process Calculations.
