We are seeking a highly organized Paid Search & SEO Coordinator to assist in the execution and management of both paid search campaigns and organic SEO initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong understanding of search marketing who enjoys supporting multiple campaigns and analyzing performance data.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow their expertise in both PPC and SEO.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, monitoring, and optimization of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and assist in building SEO content strategies.
- Implement on-page SEO updates and monitor website performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of SEO and PPC campaigns using analytics tools.
- Help manage ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.
- Support A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest search marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO, PPC, or digital marketing coordination.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with CRO and A/B testing.
