Paid Social Lead in our office in Dubai.
The Paid Search specialist is responsible for planning, activating and optimising global user acquisition campaigns. You will be working closely with our Programmatic & Social Media Manager and other members of our cutting edge in-house digital team to deliver retail client growth metrics in multiple geographies.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
• Planning paid social campaigns across multiple-social channels.
• Optimising and executing Equiti’s methodologies against paid social plans utilising native platforms, third party and internal tools, as required to deliver efficient and profitable Paid Social campaigns.
• Critically analysing the performance of campaigns and audience data sets, identifying opportunities to optimise, facilitating changes to hit and exceed stakeholder expectations and KPIs.
• Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns.
• Producing high quality stakeholder-facing reports, studies and presentations to Equiti brand standards including measuring forecasts vs actual and clearly articulating rationale for optimisation methodologies throughout campaigns.
• Maintaining an in depth understanding of Equiti's marketplace and the social landscape to ensure delivery of best-in-class campaigns.
• Managing day-to-day relationships with account teams, stakeholders, advertising partners and colleagues.
Strategy Setting
• Proactively lead research, insight and support around datasets that lead to effective paid, or cross-channel, media strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with the Paid Digital Acquisition team to understand how paid social contributes to multi-service campaign success and audience data set overlap.
• Support new acquisition metrics by delivering paid social audits and account reports
• Build effective and logical media plans based on RFPs
• Drive forward the RFP by collaborating and ensuring the response is integrated and aligned to the overall commercial metrics and the wider Paid Digital Acquisition Team metrics.
• Upskill other members of the team, where required, on best practice paid social campaign execution
• Support the wider team to improve their understanding of paid social
• Share best practice and knowledge with wider commercial teams via lunch and learns, or other learning situations
Best Practice & Offering updates
• Contribute to the creation of up-to date processes and frameworks to facilitate the growing use of paid social, when required.
• Pro-actively work in partnership with Marketing and heads of other departments and divisions to ensure adherence to best practice in all areas as well as following set processes to deliver campaigns on time, in full
• Collaborate and support the delivery of paid social media measurement frameworks and KPIs
• Develop the paid social offering to include the latest tools, technology and techniques, when required.
• Work with data suppliers and other 3rd party data experts to deliver clear data visualisations of reports for stakeholders
• Ensure all work is QA’d appropriately and to the highest standards
Skills & Competencies
• Possesses strong business writing skills and able to produce high quality documents.
• A self-starter who is highly motivated and passionate about social media and paid social
• Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks.
• Exhibits a high level of attention to detail.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills.
• Possesses strong communication skills for stakeholder phone calls and face to face meetings.
• Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery.
• Possesses strong software skills that support the delivery of high quality stakeholder facing documents.
Experience Requirements
• An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Social campaigns, integrating data sets within a CDP environment
• Knowledge & experience of using Facebook Power Editor and Twitter Ads Manager would be advantageous
• Facebook Blueprint certified; Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam - would be a plus
• A good understanding of Google analytics and other web analytics packages
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
