About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Paramedic to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Provide emergency medical care, manage emergencies, maintain a sterile treatment area, and ensure medical equipment is ready and functional.
• Follow medical waste procedures, report accidents to security, and inform management of any identified safety hazards.
• Receive, store, and manage medical equipment and supplies as well as maintain updated medical records.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Madinat Jumeirah Emergency Evacuation and Operations Plan, and communicate patient information clearly during referrals.
• Demonstrate professionalism by following company values, service standards, and operational policies.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned, identify and act on safety needs, stay updated on emergency care developments, and attend required training.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements.
• 4 years in the Emergency Medical field, with 2 years in a hotel environment preferred.
• AEA/CCA/National Diploma, First Aid Instructor. Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support are desired.
• Ability to work without supervision, proactive.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
