Responsibilities
- Monitors the CRM database and pipelines for leads, and follows up on each lead to closure
- Assists the Counsellors in conducting campus tours for walk-in customers during peak periods
- Reviews the paperwork to ensure compliance with statutory and organisation requirements for future audit purposes
- Responsible for onboarding parents and sending out tailored letters and email to the parents via HubSpot
- Shares feedback with marketing regarding the quality of leads and effectiveness of marketing strategies
- Supports and participates in the Admissions events, such as Open House and orientation
