This role involves:

• Assisting in the account management of the venue’s various Partners, which includes their activations, campaigns, regular communication, reporting and more.
• Developing new ideas to drive more value to the venue’s Partners as well as marketing and monetary value to the venue from the venue’s Partners. 
• Assisting with managing the content on the venue’s LED screens. 
• Host and/or entertain clients as directed by Head of Commercial
• Completing all reports as required, ensuring information is accurate and free from errors.
• Attending all departmental and general staff meetings as required.
• Contributing to the creation, implementation and delivery of a comprehensive suites and partnerships decks and sales material.

This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found in the application page.

You should possess:

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Business Administration

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry 
• Previous experience in events 
• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills 
• Excellent personal presentation and grooming
• Willingness to work as a team member and accept direction
