Job Purpose

The Partnerships Activation Specialist will play an active role in supporting the design and optimization of partnership activation initiatives. Brief the Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand Department (CCMB) to translate and implement activities through communications and campaign plans. Collaborate with stakeholders within Emirates Skywards and Partners to identify opportunities to increase partner engagement and maximize revenue contribution.. This is a 12 month temporary contract.

In This Role You Will

  • Manage day-to-day campaign delivery in collaboration with Activation Managers, Account Leads, CCMB, and Partners, coordinating approvals and asset delivery to meet SLAs and objectives.
  • Spearhead campaign planning sessions by offering creative and data-informed suggestions to drive member engagement and ROI.
  • Monitor performance metrics and compile post-campaign reports with insights and optimization recommendations. Share campaign insights and best practices to build team expertise and knowledge-sharing.
  • Work with CCMB to ensure activations adhere to brand and platform guidelines and leverage available partner assets for visibility.
  • Support identification of cross-portfolio synergies and co-create campaigns with partners to enhance value propositions.
  • In collaboration with the Account Leads, engage regularly with partner marketing teams to design and optimize activation planning, execute campaigns and maintain activation momentum.
  • Support the integration of Partnerships content across relevant lifecycle communication programmes, aligning on use cases, business objective and prioritization with the Product and Member Engagement team and Account Leads.
  • Represent Activations and leverage expertise in internal and external forums to ensure alignment and delivery of activation and business objectives and escalate issues as needed to the Activation Manager.

Qualification

To be considered for this role you must meet the below requirements:

  • Degree or Honours in Marketing (12+3 or equivalent).
  • 5+ years experience in Commercial/Sales or similar.
  • Experience in Marketing related field.
  • Corporate Brand Marketing or Marketing agency experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, independent, proactive and highly organised with the ability to prioritise objectively.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
  • Robust understanding of the marketing framework, tools, channels and reporting.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
