Summary
Support Enerflex Middle East Parts department through administering customers and suppliers in SAP and maintaining the appropriate documentation while adhering to Enerflex values, policies and procedures.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
Create suppliers in SAP
Create customers in SAP
Obtain Prequalifications For Customers And Suppliers
Conduct GAN screening
Create and maintain shipping documentation
Administer the sales process and all documentation
Update follow up sheets for sales opportunities
Update dashboard for sales progress
Assist in the development, tracking and reporting of key customers and suppliers and departmental performance metrics
Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines
Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT or other related field
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excell (Power BI a plus)
Physical Requirements
Flexible office working environment
