Overview Of The Role
We are looking for a Parts Supervisor to support our Used Car division by managing workshop parts operations across the UAE. This role ensures smooth and efficient parts procurement, inventory management, and distribution to support the refurbishment and preparation process of vehicles.
You will play a key role in optimizing parts availability, controlling costs, minimizing turnaround time (TAT), and ensuring high-quality standards across multiple car brands — while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
What You Will Do
You will report to Parts Manager and manage a team of 4–8 direct reports (Parts Advisors, Stock Controllers, Parts Assistants, etc.). This role is based in the UAE and is part of the Service / Aftersales Department.

You will play a key role in optimizing parts availability, controlling costs, minimizing turnaround time (TAT), and ensuring high-quality standards across multiple car brands — while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
What You Will Do
- Lead daily warehouse and parts operations, including procurement, receiving, inventory, and distribution.
- Monitor parts consumption and manage procurement within budget to drive profitability.
- Ensure accurate parts data management in SAP for effective reporting and decision-making.
- Optimize stock accuracy through warehouse Kaizen practices and regular inventory reviews.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on workshop needs and ensure seamless service levels.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, credit terms, and warranty coverage.
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of 4–8 direct reports, ensuring continuous growth and performance.
- Drive compliance with health, safety, and company governance standards across all warehouse operations.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of parts operations.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical and operational documents (safety protocols, manuals, procedures).
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- People management and leadership skills with a focus on developing teams.
- Ability to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

- Diploma or Degree (Automotive background preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/parts management in the automotive or related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial targets, vendor relationships, and operational improvements.
- A strong drive to embrace challenges and support continuous improvement.
