The Role
Position Title: Pastry Chef – Levantine Cuisine Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Levantine restaurant in Dubai, highly recognized by the Michelin Guide offering high-quality food at good value. Job Description: -Prepare and oversee the production of pastries and desserts for the restaurants and online platforms. -Ensure all pastry items meet brand quality standards and are consistent in taste, presentation, and portion size. -Collaborate with the culinary team to suggest menu enhancements and implement new dessert creations. -Manage pastry inventory, minimize wastage, and maintain efficient operations in the central kitchen

Requirements
- Open to Asians and Levant nationalities, from 28 to 38 years old -Minimum 3 years of professional pastry experience, with at least 2 years in a central kitchen or multi-outlet operation. -Proven expertise in preparing Arabic pastries, desserts, and baked goods, with strong knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operations. -Leadership experience in supervising and coordinating kitchen workflows efficiently, particularly in high-volume or delivery-focused environments.
