We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Patient Relations Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. This role is vital in ensuring that every patient receives an outstanding experience—from the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Patient Relations Executives
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the reception and patient services
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and patient care
- Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance service deliver
