Job Brief:

We are hiring a Payroll Executive for our client in the manufacturing industry based in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll processes, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in SAP
• Maintain payroll records and reports for auditing and compliance
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs
• Address employee queries related to payroll
• Support the HR department with employee data management related to compensation
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing payroll documentation
• Coordinate with banks for salary transfers and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of payroll accounts
• Generate payroll reports for management and finance teams

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
• Strong command of Advanced Excel skills including use of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH, IF statements, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and macros
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Software proficiency in SAP
