About The Role

• Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accurate salary calculations, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Verify timesheets, attendance records, and employee data before payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with Middle East labor laws
• Manage employee benefits, including gratuity, end-of-service settlements, and leave encashment.
• Maintain payroll records, payslips, and ensure data confidentiality.
• Assist in audits and payroll reconciliations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Middle East payroll experience is mandatory.
• knowledge of GCC labor laws, WPS, and payroll taxation policies.
